NCLB Sample Parent Forms

Students in schools that have failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for two consecutive years (now in their first year of Program Improvement status) will be given the option to transfer to another school within the district that has not been identified as Program Improvement at no cost to the student.
