Plan Overview

PLAN is the second phase of the District Assistance and Intervention Team’s (DAIT) process.

Critical activities include:

  1. Use the Action Plan Tool to complete an Action Plan Template for each priority area as determined by internal and environmental scans.
  2. Submit all completed Action Plan Templates for state approval

The key documents and activities for each step of the planning process are provided in the PLAN phase. The steps and activities in the flow chart provide a road map for developing a coherent plan.
